How early can E-CON provide a budget estimate?
We can produce conceptual estimates from a program and site information, then refine them at schematic design, design development, and construction documents as the design matures.
Does preconstruction cost the owner extra?
On CMAR and design-build projects preconstruction services are part of the engagement and are priced up front. On competitively bid work, our estimating is how we build the proposal.
