What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not set tracking cookies. We collect information only when you choose to send it through one of our forms:

• Contact form: your name, organization, email, phone, and the message you write.
• Bidder Information Form: your business name, contact name, email, phone, service area, trades, and certifications.
• Job application: your name, email, phone, city, the position you want, availability, experience, salary expectations if you share them, your resume, and anything you write in the notes field.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive identifiers on this website. Employment paperwork that requires that information is completed in person during hiring, not online.

Why we collect it

• To respond to project inquiries and route them to the right person at E-CON.
• To send bid invitations to registered subcontractors whose trades match a project.
• To evaluate job applicants and contact them about openings.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to E-CON Group staff through our website host, Netlify, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate the site and, where required, by law.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. Subcontractor registrations are kept while your company remains on our bid list; email estimator@econgroup.us to be removed. Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing frontdesk@econgroup.us. We will respond within 30 days.
