Gold Sponsor of RGV College's Trunk or Treat
Rio Grande Valley College, Pharr, TX
E-CON Group was the Gold Sponsor of Rio Grande Valley College's 9th annual Trunk or Treat in Pharr, a free evening of treats, music, food, and a costume contest for local families.
The sponsorship also helps fund scholarships for students in our community.
On the night, our team set up a construction-zone trunk with caution-tape trucks, traffic cones, and yellow and black balloons, and spent the evening handing out candy.

Serving on the Workforce Solutions board
South Padre Island, TX
President Gilbert Enriquez serves on the board of Workforce Solutions, the regional board that connects Valley employers with job seekers and training.
At the board's planning summit on South Padre Island, members set priorities for the region, including childcare for working families, education and skills development, grant funding, and easier access to information.
For a contractor that hires locally, that training is where the next superintendents, project managers, and tradespeople come from.
