Expanded service capacity
More patient rooms and screening spaces mean more Valley residents can be seen for behavioral health care.
The project
E-CON Group led a design-build interior finish-out at Tropical Texas Behavioral Health's Tropical Plaza facility to expand behavioral health capacity. With patient privacy, infection control, and durable finishes as priorities, the team sequenced work around inspections and equipment readiness while holding to strict healthcare construction standards.
Impact
More patient rooms and screening spaces mean more Valley residents can be seen for behavioral health care.
One design-build team handled design and construction, so coordination stayed simple and the schedule held.
Privacy, infection control, and durable low-VOC finishes were designed in from the start, not added later.
