  • Site Operations Coordinator

    As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a crucial link
    between on-site construction teams, project managers, vendors, and office-based staff. You will be
    responsible for keeping day-to-day site operations running efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of
    materials, maintaining records, and enforcing health & safety compliance. This role is ideal for
    someone with a construction background who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving
    logistical challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily activities across construction sites with site managers and subcontractors
    • Maintain updated schedules, delivery logs, and resource allocation reports
    • Ensure all required permits and documentation are available and up-to-date
    • Support procurement of materials and verify delivery timelines
    • Monitor site safety protocols and report any discrepancies
    • Assist in the onboarding of new subcontractors and crews
    • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to update on site progress and risks
    • Maintain a digital project dashboard (Procore or equivalent)

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, site administration, or logistics
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology
    • Ability to read and understand project documentation (blueprints, schedules, etc.)
    • Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Polish and English fluency (written and spoken)

    • Assist in prequalification and onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
